Super Chili Bowls
While all of our products are easy to heat and eat, we understand that sometimes, you might crave something more. Next time you find yourself with a jar of our Hearty Sweet Potato Chili, give this recipe a try for something a bit more substantial with minimal prep time.
1 Jar of Hearty Sweet Potato Chili
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 lb. of ground protein like chicken, turkey or a vegan favorite, green jackfruit
1 cup of cooked rice or quinoa
1 avocado, cut into chunks
1 cup of salsa
1 handful of cilantro, chopped
Add oil and protein to skillet.
Sauté for 10 minutes until well-cooked.
Add jar of Hearty Sweet Potato Chili & heat until steaming.
Scoop grain into a bowl, top with chili, avocado, salsa and cilantro.
